At the south of Samos town, if you follow the road to Kerveli, you will see the sign to Psili Ammos.
It is about 9 km from Samos town and takes about a 15 minute drive to reach the beach. It is just one mile across the coast of Turkey.
Psili Ammos means “fine sand” and it is a sandy beach and it is probably the name that makes it the most popular beach at the Samos Island.
As most of the beaches are pebbled in the Island, sandy shore and the shallow calm sea makes Psili Ammos an ideal place for families with children.
